Americopp Master Tool: guided, evidence-based automotive diagnostics.
Americopp Master Tool is an AI-assisted automotive diagnostic software platform under development for Android and Windows. Its purpose is to turn ECU data, DTCs and live vehicle data into a structured process that tells the technician what to check, what to measure, how to verify it and how to document the cause.

What is Americopp Master Tool?
Americopp Master Tool is an AI-assisted automotive diagnostic software platform for Android and Windows designed to transform vehicle information into guided, verifiable, root-cause diagnostic procedures.
The goal is not to replace the technician or present an automated conclusion as fact. The workflow is designed to combine vehicle data, procedures, measurements and technical reasoning until there is enough evidence to support a repair decision.
A scan tool retrieves information. Diagnosis requires deciding what to do next.
DTCs, module lists and live parameters are the starting point. The difficult work is correlating them with power, grounds, networks, signals, mechanical conditions and technical information.
Vehicle access
Communication through diagnostic interfaces appropriate to the platform, protocol and vehicle.
Relevant data
VIN, modules, DTCs, states, live data and evidence available in the diagnostic session.
Technical context
Diagnostic rules and AI-assisted interpretation while keeping source data distinguishable from inference.
Verifiable tests
What to inspect, what to measure, expected values and how each result changes the next diagnostic step.
Root cause
Separate hypotheses from facts and confirm the failure before recommending a part or repair.
Professional documentation
Organize findings, evidence and actions for workshop, customer and before/after comparison.
Two product lines, one diagnostic model.
Master Tool Android
Development is focused on mobile diagnostics, OBD/BLE connectivity, vehicle identification, DTC workflows and live-data handling. Current priority is communication reliability and multi-vehicle validation.
Master Tool Windows
Development is focused on professional workshop use, diagnostic-interface integration and J2534/VCI workflows where applicable. Current priority is stable communication, compatibility and scan automation.
Guided diagnostic layer
Technical procedures, evidence correlation, assisted interpretation and reporting. The architecture is intended to keep source facts and assisted conclusions traceable.
It is not positioned as another generic code reader.
Traditional scan tool
Retrieves DTCs, modules and parameters; the technician still builds the test plan manually.
Technical database
Provides service procedures or specifications, usually separate from the live diagnostic session.
Americopp Master Tool
Aims to connect acquisition, interpretation, confirmation tests and documentation in one coherent diagnostic workflow.
Active development and field validation.
Master Tool is currently at the prototype and technical-validation stage. Android and Windows development lines are being tested with diagnostic interfaces and real vehicles. The immediate objective is a technically credible beta before broader commercial availability.
This page describes the public direction and current status of the product. It does not claim universal vehicle coverage, compatibility with every interface, or unvalidated commercial functions.
AI can assist the reasoning; evidence must support the decision.
Traceability
Keep vehicle facts, technical information, hypotheses and conclusions distinguishable.
Verification
Safety-critical, engine and transmission decisions require direct testing and measurement.
Professional judgment
Master Tool is intended to support technicians, not replace experience, OEM information or calibrated measurements.
Americopp Master Tool — FAQ
Is Master Tool commercially released?
No. It is under active development and field validation; the immediate target is a technically reliable beta.
Is it only for BMW?
No. The project is intended as a multi-brand architecture, while coverage must be validated progressively by vehicle, protocol and interface.
Does it require diagnostic hardware?
Yes. Vehicle diagnostics require an interface compatible with the platform, protocol and function in use. Android and Windows may use different communication paths.
Can AI condemn an ECU or component?
Not by itself. A conclusion should be supported by relevant power, ground, network, signal, live-data, functional or mechanical evidence.
What is the main difference?
The value layer is the workflow that turns diagnostic data into verifiable steps and a documented decision, rather than only displaying a fault code.
Where is it being developed?
Americopp develops Master Tool from Arequipa, Peru, with direct validation in a workshop environment.
